  • Two Goal Lines and End Lines

  • Two 10 yard Lines where teams start

  • Midfield Line

Rules of Play

  • WIDE RECEIVER GLOVES REQUIRED

  • 12 Minute Quarters with a 2 minute half time (Leaving 10 minutes to exit the field while the next two teams get on the field)

  • 7 Players on Offense and 7 Players on Defense

  • Coin Toss to see who gets the football the first half.  Loser gets ball the at the start of the second half.

  • Passes only (no run plays but passes out to the flats are legal)

  • 4 Downs to get to the Midfield Line where you are awarded another set of 4 downs to try and get across the Goal Line

  • No Blocking at all even downfield if a reception is made.

  • No setting Picks to free up a Receiver

  • No holding of Receivers during their routes or while catching the pass.  Play the ball and not the player.

  • Interceptions result in a dead ball and change of possession takes place the intercepting team starting at the point of the interception.

  • Any fumble results in an immediate dead ball and the Offense keeps possession at the point of the fumble.  No change in possession.

  • Defense cannot blitz or come across the line of scrimmage to rush the QB.

  • Offense will consist of 1 QB and up to 6 WRs.  A Center can be used but the Center becomes a WR after the snap of the ball.

  • If there is no Center, then the ball is placed on a cone and the QB will snap from the cone.

  • There are no running plays or QB Keepers.

  • QBs have 4 seconds from the snap to throw the pass or the play is blown dead and ball goes back to the line of scrimmage with no loss of yards.  Coaches must enforce this rule.

  • The WRs are considered down after the reception with a one hand touch anywhere below the neck.  Avoid leaving your feet to tag players.  Safety First!
