We are honored to have the opportunity to bring Coach Katelyn to the Pinnacle Fitness team. Get to know her below! 

Hi I'm Coach Katelyn! As a stay at home mom for the better part of 7 years, I quickly discovered I needed an outlet of my own. That’s when my relationship with fitness really evolved past exercising to stay healthy. People started asking questions, and that’s when my gears started turning… I could do something I love and help people in the process. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist, I am well-equipped to help all walks of people meet and exceed their fitness goals, and that’s exactly what I set out to do.

As someone who values holistic health - treating the entire person rather than just the problem, I focus on nutritional health, physical fitness, creating healthy habits and behaviors, as well as recovery and mindfulness. I am here to help you get in touch with yourself, and rise to the occasion of your personal health journey.
